Our menus change often and provide surprisingly extensive choices! You can eat in our Restaurant or Bar or we can deliver! And our Atlantic shore’s “Moonshine Beach Bar & Grill” gives you easy bar food options. Kids’ menus, vegetarian and diet choices are all readily available. The bars, by the way, are extremely well stocked … with perhaps the Bahamas’ largest Rum collection! And our wine cellar need not shy away from comparisons either.
Dance the night away!
Our Stella Maris Resort Club will softly draw you into joining some pleasantly casual day and evening fun. For entertainment, don’t miss our treat of Conch Fritters and unlimited Rum Punch at our weekly Rum Punch Party where “Rake ‘n Scrape” is the musical norm, or be surprised by the smooth performance of the “New Image” dance band, scheduled now and then, when no-one can stay off the under-the-palms-and-starlight dance floor!

For souvenirs come into our “Tingum’s Boutique”, but also frequent some of the many island shops, larger and smaller, dotting the land.

And our front desk’s info spot will keep you advised of special island functions … from Long Island’s annual Sailing Regatta to weekly Farmer’s Markets, or you may be beckoned to a nearby beach for a fish cook-out, or other Bahamian delight. Here, you will eat and drink well … and you will not get bored!
