Our “Airbnb” type rate system is for vacationers who prefer to distance themselves – just a touch – from a hotel’s routines. While our villa choices remain the same, most services and activities are optional, rather than automatic and included. All of our individual services and activities are still available, from case to case, whenever you may wish to fall back upon them.

Airbnb Rates:

2 Bedroom Cottage @ $231 per night

3 & 4 Bedroom Villa @ $360 per night

2, 3 and 4 bedroom Villa with private pool @ $441 per night

Plus: End Cleaning @ $125, plus 10% Vat

All Villas have full kitchens, Wifi and Tv.

All Airbnb Rates Include:

·         10% VAT

·         Cooking Gas

·         Water

·         Garbage Removal

·         Daily Fresh Towels Including Beach Towels

·         One time midweek Bed Linen Exchange

·         Use of Our Stella Maris Resort Swimming Pools and Beaches

** Our “Airbnb” rates do not include Electricity. Electricity will be charged @ $0.50 per KW metered + 10% VAT **

PLUS:

Deposits:

50% when reservation is made. Remaining balance is due before arrival.

Activities:

·         Kayaks: $30 single, $45 double for 1/2 day + 10% VAT

·         Paddle Boards: $30 for 1/2 day + 10% VAT

·         Bikes: $15 per day, $65 per week + 10% VAT

·         Snorkel Sets: (Mask/Snorkel/Fins) $15 per day + 10% VAT

·         Transport: to Cape Santa Maria Beach (during the Resort Club’s scheduled AM trips) @ $15 round trip per person + 10% VAT

Children Services Available:

·         Babysitting: $12.00 per hour (prior notice needed) + 10% VAT

Shopping for all vacation needs is “island-easy”, and we are happy to pre-stock your kitchen for you.
