Bedroom Bungalow or Villa: Suitable for 2-4 persons. Edith's Harbour:
a 2-bedroom/2 bath bungalow located on the Atlantic coast, a 2
minute walk to the clubhouse. Edith's has a large living room with
ceiling fans, lower balcony, two large bedrooms left and right,
each with large bath; full kitchen, garden gazebo. Atlantic beaches
from 200 yards. Beds: 1 king, 2 double.
Always Sunday: a 3 bedroom/3bath bungalow located at a pretty small Atlantic beach, a 7 minute walk to the clubhouse. Large air-conditioned living room with shaded breezeway left and right, good sized kitchen, full bungalow length balcony ocean-side. Beds: 3 queens 
Rainbow House: a 3 bedroom/3 bath bungalow located right at the Atlantic shore, a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse. Large living room with good sized kitchen/bar with ceiling fans, very large, partially roofed Atlantic-side terrace extending from living room, 2 large bedrooms and baths on living room level. 3rd bedroom with ceiling fan and small fridge at lower level is a very large studio with spacious bath opening to large terrace with large saltwater swimming pool, cabana bar, gazebo, and small/artificial beach. Beds: 1 King, 2 queens, 2 doubles. 
Flamingo House: a 4 bedroom/2 bath bungalow located right next to the hotel’s ocean-side swimming pool and beach cove, right at the Atlantic shore, a 1 minute walk to the clubhouse. Flamingo has ceiling fans in the large living/dining room with bar, 4 bedrooms sharing 2 baths, full kitchen, 2 terraces, and shaded porch. 4th bedroom is a large studio with wet bar facing the Ocean. Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, 2 twins.
Dolphin House: a 4 bedroom/2 bath bungalow located right at the Atlantic shore, a 1 minute walk to the clubhouse. Large living/dining room with ceiling fans, full kitchen, 4 bedrooms sharing 2 baths, large freshwater pool with terrace. Beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, 2 twins. |
Nightly extensions beyond a full week are 1/6 of the weekly rental price. Beyond four weeks pricing is available on request. Additional person – add $20 per night per person. Deposit - 50% when reservation is made. Balance before arrival. Extra Self Cater Charges For (any of these rates may vary): Utilities: Electricity $0.38 per KW metered Cooking Gas $85.00 per tank (use estimated at $20-$30 per week) Water $30.00 basic charge includes first 1000 gallons, additional use at $0.05 per gallon. Garbage Removal $12.00 per week Final Cleaning for all vacation rentals: 1 bedroom $60.00 2 bedroom $100.00 3 or 4 bedroom $125.00 Government Tax: 6% Hotel Tax. Self Catering Rental guests may participate in the Resort Club’s Activities at individual charges. Hotel guests FREE Activities do not apply to this rental program. Kayaks $30 single, $45 double for ½ day Bikes $15 per day, $65 per week Snorkel Sets $12 per day, $50 per week Scorpion Sail Boats $45 per ½ day (at Deal’s Beach – may not be removed) Snorkeling Boat Trip from $30 per person Transport to Deal’s Beach or Cape Santa Maria Beach (if during the Resort Club’s scheduled trips) $15 round trip per person Children services available: Babysitting $10.00 per hour (prior notice needed) Crib $10.00 per day, $50 per week (including linen) Hotel activities: Please see our additional information on the Resort, Marina , Flight Service, Scuba Diving, and Fishing.
