Getting There

Stella Maris Resort Club is located on Long Island in the Southern Bahama Out Islands. 150 miles southeast of Nassau. 300 miles southeast of Ft. Lauderdale. The Queen's Highway runs some 70 miles from Seymours in the north to Gordons in the south. Quaint settlements, small farms and out island ports are interspersed with pretty beaches, bays and roadside stops like Max's Conch Bar and the Wild Tamarind Pottery Shop. Stella Maris Resort is located on the northern end of Long Island - just ½ mile from the Stella Maris Airport.

• LGI/Deadman's Cay: The Deadman's Cay Airport is approximately 30 miles south of Stella Maris. Taxis are available for passengers arriving at LGI in route to Stella Maris Resort Club. Fare is $100 for up to 5 passengers and $15 for each additional passenger. Taxis may be shared.
• SML/Stella Maris: The Stella Maris Airport is approximately ^1/2 mile from the Stella Maris Clubhouse. Taxis are available for passengers arriving at SML in route to Stella Maris Resort Club. Fare is $10 per person. Rental cars are available at hotel.
• Proof of citizenship is required. US citizens need a passport for re-entry to the USA effective January 2007.

Small groups are always welcome, whether for a family gathering, fishing or diving or business meeting. Please contact Elizabeth Vance in our Florida Reservation office to assist with any special needs. Evance@stellamarisresort.com

Reservations

Stella Maris Resort may be booked from our reservation request page. Please be aware that as a small hotel, with limited inventory, many systems may show us as unavailable when we do have space. With the exception of the historically busy periods of Christmas, New Year and the Easter holidays, space is usually available. Our Florida Reservation office can assist you with any questions, accommodation and activity descriptions, availability and rates. Our Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Major US holidays are observed. 954-359-8236 or 800-426-0466.
