Nightly and Package Rates
* are subject to additional charges for:

  • Government Tax 6%

  • Resort Levy 4%

  • Maid Service Charge $6 per person per night

  • Energy Surcharge $3 per person per night

* Inclusive Packages – 5 & 7 night Sun & Sea Inclusive, 5 & 7 night Scuba Inclusive – include above charges.

Children sharing any accommodation with parents:

  • Children 7 and under are FREE

  • Children 8 – 12 are $25 per child per night

  • Child Rates are not subject to Maid Service Charge or Energy Surcharge

  • Additional services in the Inclusive Packages will be charges a la carte for children

Additional Adult
Accommodation charge is $40 per adult, per night, with the exception of the Inclusive Packages where the additional person in the room will be charged 1/2 the double rate.

Pre-payments and Deposits
Stella Maris requires a 30% deposit. Deposits are due 14 days from the day reservations are made by phone. On line reservation’s deposits are due at the time of booking.

Cancellation
policy is 14 days prior for full refund.

Special deposit and
cancellation conditions
apply to Christmas and New Year bookings. Christmas & New Year: Deposits are due in 14 days, 50% due by Nov 1, Balance Dec 1. Cancellation is Sep 30 for full refund, Nov 1 3 night penalty, Nov 2 50% penalty.
